The following sun images have been taken exactly the same day, approximately at the same time, with optics having nearly the same diameter. The first image is showing the sun through
a standard filter of density 5, also called white-light solar filter. The second and third images have been obtained with a Hα filter, selecting only the wavelength emitted by the hydrogen at 656.29nm.
